About 700 ticket inspectors from the Mosgortrans (Moscow City Transport Authority) and the transport company Organizator Perevozok will complete an express course in basic English-speaking, based in Moscow, Deputy Head of the Department of Transport Dmitry Pronin reported on May 30, via RIA Novosti.

Pronin added that surface transit staff will be given a special briefing on working with foreigners. At the end of the course, they will have to pass a test in basic communication skills.

"Those who get the best test results will be on standby on the main routes that fans will take," noted the department's Deputy Head.
